Riccardo is a former College Character Coach, FBS Football Coach & Lead Pastor. Riccardo brings a diverse perspective and experience that will help assist clients in navigating the complexities of football, family, and life.

Riccardo and his wife Holly were both raised in California. Holly was a college soccer player at Arizona State University where they met. They have two teenaged boys, Noah and Eli.

Riccardo was a college football player at Arizona State University from 2000-2004. While at ASU Riccardo was a four-year starter, All-Conference Defensive Back, and team captain at Arizona State University.

Education & credentials

  • Riccardo received is BA in Elementary Education from ASU in 2004.
  • Riccardo completed a Master of Arts in Global Urban Leadership from Bakke Graduate Univesity in 2011.
